She isn't doing more than I was. She just decides how the day is going to feel before anyone else gets a say in it.
One page. Before the day asks anything of me. That's the whole habit, and it's smaller than it sounds.
Nothing changes overnight. It changes somewhere around page thirty, when you notice you've been calmer for weeks and you can't point to when it started.
