For the morning that already exists. Not a better one — the one you have, with the same alarm and the same amount of time in it. Ten minutes before anyone needs you. A kettle. One page. The argument this whole archive is quietly making is that those minutes are already enough, and that most of what you want from a slower life is on the other side of stopping giving them away.

The quiet reset
A record of the quiet part.
Fifty entries about slow mornings, one honest page, and becoming the calmer version of yourself. Every one of them started as a thirty-second video. This is where the words stay.

Still Mornings is a video account. A line of text over a window, a kettle, a page turning. A voice reading it slowly. Thirty seconds, and then the feed moves on and takes it with it.
That part is fine — video is how these find anyone at all. But a video happens to you once, at whatever hour it happens to you, and then it is gone. And the lines were never really about the thirty seconds. They were about the ten minutes before anyone needs you, which is a thing you can only meet again on purpose.
So the lines live here too. The same words, sitting still, in the order they were written, on a page you can come back to at the hour you actually needed them.

What it's for

What it isn't
There is no 5am here. No cold plunge, no habit stack, no thirty-day reset, nothing to track and nothing to fall behind on. Discipline was never about getting up earlier — it was about being gentle enough with yourself to keep going. If a line here starts to read like a rule, it has been read too fast.
