i didn't do anything to make that happen — the air just came in, the way it does every morning whether or not i'm awake to notice.
nothing in this room is trying to be anything. the light is just landing. the fabric is just moving.
and i used to think a good morning had to be earned. it doesn't. it's already here, breathing at the window.
