I started washing my one mug by hand right after my coffee, and now the quietest part of my day is standing at the sink watching the water go clear.
Warm water, one mug, nothing pending. There's no version of this that takes more than a minute.
No screen, no list. Just the water and my hands and the small sound of it.
Watching it go clear is the whole reset. Something about it ends the morning properly, and I never have to think about it again.
